obtained through opt in-out features. Sailing1st.com will be providing analysis and reports based on

site and/or doing business. We do not have any influence on the use
of data and information outside our web site, such as pages that we
are linked to.
All information provided at the sites of Sailing1st.com about Sailors and Sailing Teams,
event information and other of such kind, are according to the functionality of
official regatta's and their results, as published public at
other media and organization publishing.
Entries with personal character into the database are
traceable by date/time, Registered Usernames, IP- and server addresses.
Entries with personal information can only be done by administrative
officers of Sailing1st.com and All4sites.com. In certain situations,
information can be added/updated by authorized database managers.
These situations will be due to the natural cause of events entries
and regatta results.
Sailing1st.com will do everything in it's capability to
make sure that Database Managers are selected on their well
performed services within Regatta sailing and their interest in
providing clean, honest and truthful information to make sure that
entries are done with care.
Visitors are not required to provide any personal information to
Sailing1st.com
in order to initially access our Web site and can browse sections of
the site, such as Events and General information, anonymously.
Registering with us allows you to take advantage of all of our
unique services as a Sailing1st.com member including creating/editing
your Team Profiles, having advanced information about Results, and
all other kind of special services provided within the Sailing
center (Site)
of Sailing1st.com
Our site's registration form (Join/Sign Up) requires users to give us contact
information (like your name and e-mail address). We use customer
contact information from the registration form to send you
information about our Regatta Sailing Service Center. Your contact information is also used
to contact you when necessary. You may opt-out of receiving future
mailings; please see the choice/opt-out section below. During the
registration process, we might also collect information from you as
to the information you request on our site, or purchasing
information. This information is kept confidential to Sailing1st.com
and is only used to make sure our site is properly addressing your
needs, as well as in the aggregated data and analysis described in
the previous paragraph. Again, information on an individual basis
will never be revealed unless authorized by the user.
